Make ender accept a component.json file

I want to store all my client dependencies in a structured file that I can pass into ender build (like in Twitter's Bower's component.json)

you can do this now by putting them in package.json and ender build will pick it up in the current directory. Bower support may be on the cards at some point in the future, #159.
