As a dashboard viewer
I want to see the risk category composition of the NAV
so that I can assess the investment risk

Acceptance criteria

Show an area chart with 3 investment qualities (Low/Medium/High)
- High: 8/9/10 write-off index
- Medium: 4/5/6/7 write-off index
- Low: 1/2/3 write-off index
- Data model: Loan/Snapshot/writeOffIndex
