User story

As a dashboard viewer
I want to see the investment capacity for each pool
so that I know where I can / cannot invest

Acceptance criteria

Extend pools list widget/UI to show investment capacity tag

Documentation on how to calculate 'investment capacity` (quite complex according to Dennis):
