Add Watchlistarr as a Plex/arrs package add on

🤕 What's not right?

Overseer only scans for Plex watchlist changes every few minutes (one source I found says everything 15 minutes).

🤯 Here's my idea!

Add Watchlistarr support for near instant sync between Plex watchlist and radar/sonarr

🤔 On the other hand..

Overseer, but it's slow. Adding Plex watchlist as an import list in the arrs, 6hr scan interval.

🤩 But will it fly?

It seems pretty straightforward but I'm not savvy enough to really determine that.
