Required information

Problem occurs on iceoryx on Linux after cmake installation (cmake install)
Paths in include and namespaces not same as in actual iceoryx version

Observed result or behaviour:
It builds

Expected result or behaviour:
Build at least

/usr/local/include/iceoryx/v2.95.3/iceoryx_hoofs/posix_wrapper/ and /usr/local/include/iceoryx/v2/iceoryx_hoofs/posix_wrapper/ dont have signal_watcher, but i found it in iox directory.
