Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe

Since a few months it's not possible to edit workspaces devfile from the user dashboard anymore. This is part of the epic to improve the devfile editing UX but users are not always aware that there are alternatives and how to use them.

Describe the solution you'd like

Write a blog post explaining why workspaces devfile is not editable anymore from user dashboard. And provide the list of alternatives for a user that wants to customize his workspace.
