Reproduction Steps:

  1. Open dashboard.
  2. Click on 'New project'
  3. Select 'Import from existing location' -> 'ZIP'
  4. Enter URL for ZIP archive (e.g. 'https://github.com/idexmai/java-multimodule2/archive/master.zip')
  5. Click on 'Load Workspace and Create Project'

Observed behavior:
After loading, the project from zip-archive located in root folder of the archive.

Version :4.5.0-RC1-SNAPSHOT
Revision :f246d649578ea08a
Build Time :2016-07-15 10:42:26
