Test Case Description

na

Preconditions

Hub is running
Rollapp A is running
eibc-client is running
a group with policy exists with operator as admin
operator account is funded with DYM for fees
LP account is funded with RA A tokens
LP granted authorization to policy to fulfill orders (settlement_validated=true)

Test Steps

Send an ibc from hub to rollapp with eibc fee < LP fee
update eibc fee to be > LP fee

Expected Results

eibc should pick up the order after fee is updated
