I'm coming from https://github.com/binkley/modern-java-practices.
I'd like to use your "project health" badge, but am unclear for non-NPM projects. This project & that one have overlapping concerns for awesome build pipelines.

The repo-badges project is quite wonderful. I'd like to do the same for JVM-based projects.

I don't think there's anything that stops you from reusing the badges out of the NPM ecosystem.
Did you check Shields.io https://shields.io/badges ?
