Foundation Metaphor Image

I am keen on using the "foundation" metaphor to describe both the knowledge/skill(s) people need to acquire and the discipline of "laying a good foundation" when building an app/product.

To aid that metaphor I would like to use a good image of a foundation being laid/built.
So far, the "best" image (with a "free to use for any purpose" license) that I have found is:
