We are working on making the task of maintaining the binlogs and the binlog log viewer easier for @KirillOsenkov.
So, for that we need to:

Publish the MSBuild.StructuredLogger from the MSBuild repo.
- Coordinate how this release will work.
- Publish and document the publishing process.
Remove duplicated code from the binlog viewer.
