"Unit-Tests" for implemented algorithms

Add unit tests for all algorithms, by adding the performance originally reported in the resp. papers. While currently all examples in the examples/ folder should be able to get to the reported performance, it would be nice to have a pipeline that insures this for all algorithms.

For this, also integrate the default hyperparameters (inkl. seeds etc) for exactly reproducing these results.
