[BUG] Unable to add integration

Describe the bug
When adding the integration, I select Seafile from the list. I then get this error message:

Config flow could not be loaded: {"message":"Invalid handler specified"}

The devtools show an HTTP GET request to /api/config/config_entries/flow resulting in a HTTP 404 with that error message. The request payload of that message was:

{"handler":"seafile","show_advanced_options":false}

Please complete the following information:

• HASS version: 2024.11.3
• Component version v2.0.0
• Seafile version irrelevant, since I did not have to provide any Seafile URL/credentials yet.
