Cannot authenticate site #8

When I start the process and use IndieAuth I get this response...

...but if I authenticate the same URL at IndieAuth.com I get a success.

Any ideas? This was using Twitter's rel=me as the SMS option never sent me a text message.

When I try signing in using the root domain, davidjohnmead.com & GitHub, I get through and see the test post page

When I click on the test button I get an error

but it posts it to my site

but doesn't post anything from Swarm/Foursquare after that.
