Setup custom pipelines and SAAS configuration for registry viewer

Issue Description

As with #1636, we'll need to setup the SAAS configuration to use the registry viewer release image built and published by Konflux.

Acceptance Criteria

• Change the OpenShift template to separate the image tag used for registry-viewer image
• Add next tag under ADDITIONAL_TAGS, see example.
• Verify image is under redhat-services-prod before making changes to SAAS.
• Update your service to use the new image. This is usually done by updating REGISTRY_VIEWER_IMAGE OpenShift template parameter in a saas file. Add the new image to the imagePatterns list as well.
