7zip vulnerability

#23 Hey man, could you update the version of all the exe and tar included in your project?
There has been a vulnerability with 7zip and new versions are out.

looks like the file is available on .7z archive (7-Zip Extra: standalone console version, 7z DLL, Plugin for Far Manager) here

Given that mainstream tools like electron-builder etc has indirect dependency on this, it would really help a lot users to have this updated.
