I could not install this workflow. Downloading and instaling from github gives following error:

g where is germany?

Open /Users/poudel/Libr...son: No such file or directory

Sorry, it doesn't work out of the box. You need to add some searches yourself via searchio > All Engines …

Just ran into this today. It seems like the "several examples searches pre-configured" (per README) work out of the box, but only after you type searchio & hit Enter for the first time.

If the above is correct, then I'd recommend editing the README installation steps:

* Download the latest version from the GitHub releases page, then enter searchio for 1st-time setup

Update: Turns out I had actually configured g myself, but didn't realize as there's no response to confirm the search was configured

Appreciate the tool & I'll raise a PR on the README.md to note the necessary manual config.
