Update patient demographics by HL7 PDQ Service : Adjust other patient IDs in patient attributes based on HL7 Other Patient IDs configuration

Rationale : HL7 PDQ Service makes use of default hl7-adt2dcm.xsl (internally invoking hl7-common.xsl which transforms PID segment to patient attributes) to transform the patient demographics query's (QBP^Q22) response (RSP^K22).

Handling for Other Patient IDs Sequence (0010,1002) was changed in #4053 - to always include all patient identifiers present in PID.3 - Patient Identifier List by default, on stylesheet transformation.
