[Feature Request] Daily automatic broadcast creator

In order to create a retrospective archive and present it live on broadcast platforms (Youtube, Twitch etc.), the broadcast must be started or ended daily at the time specified by cron. Can be plugin or built-in.

Some situations:

• Cron will close the broadcast on time. It will start streaming a new broadcast* after the specified wait time or instantly.
• It will close the broadcast at X time every day and open it at Y time.

*What is meant by new broadcast here is that it stops and restarts the broadcast.
*Specifying the time zone from the settings with Timezone

Adding:

• An input that determines the broadcast time would be nice. (Replays of live broadcasts longer than 12 hours are not stored on platforms such as YouTube. See https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/6247592)
