When the percentage of severe and fatal accidents on road_x is greater than 1.5 times the percentage of severe and fatal accidents in the city.

@atalyaalon we currently have 3 widgets related to pedestrian injuries and all currently return mock data. As far as I can tell all are different from the one described here. Do I add a new one or should it come instead of an existing pedestrian query?

In the news flash I have street1/2_hebrew and yishuv_name rather than symbols. Can I use them in the query?

@MichalOren the pie - the front end will be similar to the one above of the frontal accidents.
In addition - we'll sum the fatal and severe accidents together - so only 2 categories.

@rsperer I suggest using exactly the same structure of API as in head_on_collisions_comparison widget
