- 1 block tempeh
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 T apple cider vinnegar
- 1/2 T soy sauce or Braggs
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1/2 C water
- Ample amounts of coursely ground black pepper to taste
- Cut tempeh into thin slices
- Combine olive oil, vinnegar, soy sauce, garlic powder and water in a bowl and marinate the Tempeh for 10-30 minutes.
- Add the tempeh and marinade to a skillet and saute over medium heat until liquid evaporates.
- Add a bit more water and continue to cook for about 2 minutes.
