The bug is here - the interval is naively taken from the next unit up from the largest truncated property, so cylc-flow/cylc/flow/time_parser.py Lines 330 to 345 in 474f21d

to yield......whereas in actuality it produces:

yields nothing and more strangely still0331T00

.This seems a little inconsistent.
