Biological assembly

Hi,
Is it possible to also include biological assemblies (instead of just asymmetric units) in the list of PDB? 2buq is an example with the biological assembly.

I am not sure how to do that as there needs to be 1:1 sequence-structure mapping on the residue level. Do you have an idea how it should work?

RCSB add a "1" at the end for biological assembly PDB files, for example, 2buq.pdb for asymmetric unit and 2buq.pdb1 biological assembly. See the PDB Entry Files section:
