Allow worker to see their own submissions

Sometimes a worker may want to refer back to something they submitted. In the current case, they want to get back to the file they uploaded.

Presumably this would be attached to the Worker Status page.

it's really difficult to identify a particular task (row) we could let them navigate from Worker tab to a list view of all the tasks they did for that project but im not sure how to display these tasks other than task id (task worker id)
