Automate CRS and Coraza config version update. #29

https://github.com/corazawaf/coraza-coreruleset/blob/main/version.go has to be automatically updated and then go run mage.go downloadDeps has to be called.

Options:

Bring to the finish line feat: adds action to update dependencies. #18: I would personally prefer to have a PR open, and do a review.
Find a way to make this work done by renovatebot.
