I know this is not yet a huge community, but there are already some good practices in place, such as monthly meetings, a somehow formal process to propose new members for the core team, etc.

It would be great to have a community document that explains how governance works in Coraza (who is the core team, how members are elected, how decisions are made, etc), and how the community operates, in general. From my experience, this helps engagement from new contributors as they find it easier to understand what to expect from the community and from their involvement in it.

I like the concept of the document, but I would like more time to process it to be in sync with how other communities operate and see if we are flexible enough.
