We need an endpoint to record a reason why someone is approving or rejecting a listing. The html is just an so the text won't be too long. See figma

@rekibnikufesin let's discuss the persistance strat for this. likely we are gunna have other rando data bits to persist for users so...

Challenges to listings will have a field to record reasoning for the challenge and for votes.
