Relative Scrolling

Hi, thanks for the awesome component.

I have a scrolling list of 1000 entries which each have a app-chip-input. At the very top, the popup (dropdown, whatever) is placed correctly. When scrolling down, it is placed as if I wouldn't have scrolled. Would be awesome to have this fixed :)
