MNE Pipeline

Follow these steps to use the MneExperiment
pipeline:

Generate the
root
folder for your experiment. Inside, generate two folders:meg
andmri
. -
Convert data to *.fif files (see KIT-to-FIFF-Conversion), saving the files using the following path template:
{root}/meg/{subject}/{subject}_{session}-raw.fif

For source space analysis, generate structural brain models in the
mri
directory:-
