This is probably my second time using Git branching, so I hope I did this correctly. If merged, this would close #85.
Since MacAdmins Python and Munki's Python are most likely to have been installed by the admin, I think it makes sense to prioritize those. I moved Python.org and the CLI tools to the bottom, since they could have been installed by the user (and admins would have less control over them).
I also made a commit to address Python 2 and macOS 12.3, since Apple is no longer shipping Python with the macOS. I can include that in a separate PR if that makes the most sense.
