Project Overview

What we are solving: Combining fitness, nutrition, and mood data to develop insights on the ideal balance of personal 'consumption' vs 'production'.

Final Proposal: Platform for tracking wellbeing on a web-based UI with personalized trends.

Tracking:

• Fitness: will be tracked with manual recordings on Strava, accessed through their API
• Nutrition: will be tracked with manual inputs to MyFitnessPal, accessed through their API
• Mood: will be tracked through our platform and manually input on a recurring basis
