Adding new label to the incident

Hi,

How difficult and what is involved in adding new label (Region) to the incident?

I'd like to extend it to be able to define the region and then report on it.

From what I've seen, you would need a pretty thorough understanding of all of the interactions of the events/incidents across the entire application in order to extend the incident reports. If you do figure out an effective process to do so I'd love to know about it.

You'd have to change the model for that, adding a new "label" (or "tags" or whatever). It should work the same than the business lines (which have a many-to-many relationship with incidents). Then I guess you coud report on those with some minor tweaking.
