Currently images are published here : https://github.com/cerc-io/watcher-ts/pkgs/container/watcher-ts

We need the image published to the gittea registry (either in addition to, or in place of).

There is now a container build script in stack orchestrator (container hasn't been tested yet but does build successfully) : https://github.com/cerc-io/stack-orchestrator/tree/dboreham/build-mobymask-watcher/container-build/cerc-watcher-mobymask
