This matcher can be used to check if a NSDictionary contains another NSDictionary as a subset.

We tried to clean up the implementation of matches as much as possible, but it was hard to keep the generic method that accepts any type and have overloaded implementations for NSDictionary * that don't need to do the validation. Perhaps someone has some feedback on how this could be done better?

Just rebased this work on top of master, would love a second set of eyes on this once the build goes green.
