On Wed Jul 07 22:44:49 2004, Brazil suggested:

The ability to match synonmously-named objects via their relative order in
a location (i.e., 'look 1st flag').

This would be extremely useful. I've found that this functionality on PennMUSH is
invaluable when dealing with object-heavy games.

Some Diku-dervied MUDs use the format thing.1, thing.2, etc. (also thing.all) It's a
useful bit of functionality.

Yeah, this is definitely useful. I've had to manually implement this for my Diku
clone toyMUX, it'd be nice to have it natively.

I'd like to see natural language object manipulation:

take the green box out of the bin
take the red box out of the bin
take the blue box out of the bin
put the blue box into the red box
get the first box
put the box into the bin
get everything from the green box
get the bin
drop it in the green box
drop everything
get all box

Serious feepage there though.

Comment # 5 by adam, "I'd like to see natural language object manipulation" should be
a separate issue. I'll add one.

Sorry. I just can't promise this will get into 2.7.
