I'd like to see a @speechmod and @saystring equivalent for the listeners of
speech: @hearmod and @Hearstring. These operate as their speaker
equivalents, and evaluate for each listener with the attributes set.

These are useful for implementing full language systems where the listener
might not have the requisite language skill.
