How to make a book launch in Plato as default and have the brightness be changed by swiping left of the screen

So I absolutely love Plato, I read manga on my Kobo Forma and its so slow without Plato, is there anyway to make all books auto open in Plato and not have to open the Plato menu and select the book?

And in the default Kobo reader you can swipe up/down at the left of the screen to change the brightness, I miss this feature, anyway to implement it into Plato?

P.S I want to thank u this makes reading manga SO MUCH BETTER
