Add Thumbnail Grid View

First of all, thanks Bastien Dejean a lot for your effort on creating such an amazing stuff like Plato for Kobo users.

Just a concern, I wonder if you're planning to implementing Grid View along with List View, just like what Kobo native UI is offering, since I found that would be much helpful for users to visually scan through book cover without need of reading every word in the book name. The thumbnail on the left is really small.

Thanks again for making Kobo a better device to own!
