Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
PR #550 pulls the logic to filter satellites into SignalInfoViewModel and makes the filter button available across multiple Fragments.

Describe the solution you'd like
Modify SkyFragment to use SignalInfoViewModel and SatelliteStatus so satellites can be filtered in Sky view
