Bulkupload simply doesn't work, the products doesn't appear, neither the tables are created at db

i've checked my db and the tables that is needed for the product to appear simply isn't created, just the product table was created and i know that the product won't appear with just this table. this is the csv that i'm trying to upload... bagisto doesn't give me any errors, it will upload like normal, but simply doesn't work ....
