job state cancelled in list when it's running somewhere

list sometimes shows a cancelled job but describe shows that one node is cancelled, another node is cancelled, and another one is waiting. It might be not noticing that "Waiting" actually means "Running" and hence not showing that.

Relatedly, we should add an explicit Running state!
