Add tests to cover action validations

Description of issue

Add tests to parse through the validation results and make sure action validations are parsing correctly

Additional context

When running tests, we are looking for specific tokens in the files to make sure the action was run successfully. To further improve test reliability, we need to include the results of action validations.
