Description

Allow users to create an action that uses a feature as a trigger

Solution idea(s)

The recommendations file will have a new type called "feature" where the name of the feature will allow the action to load. The analyzer will detect the feature and load the actions if found in the code.

This can later be used for coverting WCF/WebForms code into actions
