MedCLIP with Selective Sampling

Instructions

To install MedCLIP requirements, run the following commands within the project root folder:

cd MedCLIP
pip install -r requirements.txt

Now install MedCLIP by running the following command:

python setup.py develop

Start training with Selective Sampling

Run the following command:

python examples/run_medclip_pretrain.py
