Sonoff RF Bridge 433 with Portisch: rfraw does not work anymore

Some years ago, I've flashed the RF chip of Sonoff RF Bridge 433 with Portisch FW and it worked fine for controlling my Nobily shutters via rfraw commands. But now (maybe after some reboots) rfraw commands seems not to work anymore (neither via http request nor command line in WebGUI).
First, I realized that the module type has been reset. But after setting back to Sonoff Brifge 25, it still does not work.

Could it be possible, that the FW has been reverted to the original one?
Is there a way to find out if I need to flash again?
I already tried "rfraw 166", "rfraw 255" and several other (also the ones to control the shutters), but I only get RESULT = {"RfRaw":"ON"}.
Any idea?

I confused it with another Sonoff device. Wifi seems to be broken with Sonoff Bridge.
