ngAnimate fails and leaves stale items with Angular-UI Bootstrap ProgressBar

This can be reproduced with standard demo/integration of AngularUI bootstrap.

It may be related to #4716 the fixes introduced mentioned in that issue to fix Javascript errors may just be hidden and leaving stale items around.

@alexjc there have been a few commits that fixed this issue. Please try using the snapshot JS file to see if this is now working for you.
