Add Completion Flags [Willing to push]

This is more of something i'm willing to push on my end! I'm working with another tool in relation to this (AgentOps) and simply having flags for when the LLM completes or has an error can add support for AISuite working alongside a multitude of other services and opening all kinds of things code related!

I will add this into the current providers and set a push request, it should take around 2/3 days!
