Can we please get .NET support for the DynamoDB-Geo lib?

I have successfully ported the Java S2 Geo library to C# (all tests pass, etc.)

So that's no longer a blocker.

FWIW, I've ported the Java lib to C#:

What would be helpful are any unit tests as I didn't see any on the java side.
