[*] Now, if letodb server crashes ( this still may happen in case of some kinds of data
corruption ), it closes all opened tables and leaves a debug info in the letodb_crash.log.
[*] More statistical information is gathered now and passed in response to management
calls.
[*] Checking of filter expression is much more smart now, this allows to prevent errors
while moving in filtered table.
[+] New function has been added - leto_IsFltOptim(), it returns .T., if the filter
for a current workarea is evaluated on the server.
[-] Few important fixes.

[!] Added initial support of users authentication.
A function leto_Connect() now passes 3 parameters:
leto_Connect( cAddress [, cUsername, cPassword ] )
Following functions added to handle users information:
leto_useradd( cUser, cPassword [, cAccess] )
leto_userpasswd( cUser, cPassword )
leto_userrights( cUser, cAccess )
leto_userflush()
New items added to the server's letodb.ini:
PASS_FOR_LOGIN, PASS_FOR_MANAGE, PASS_FOR_DATA, PASS_FILE.
utils/manager/console.prg has includes now some users management possibilities.
[!] Added transactions support.
[+] Added encryption of the data, which goes through the network, it is turned on by a new
letodb.ini parameter:
CRYPT_TRAFFIC = 1
[+] Management functions now returns some additional information.
[*] SKIP operation has been optimized to increase the performance.
[*] utils/manager/manage.prg has been improved.
[-] Many fixes and enhancements.

[!] All basic RDD functionality has been implemented.
Relations, orderListAdd, orderListClear has been added.
[!] The server works im multithread mode now.
First thread listen sockets, accept connections and answers to commands,
which doesn't demand database access and Harbour's VM/stack functions.
The second answers to all other commands.
[!] DBFNTX support has been added. The driver, which will be used to open a
table ( DBFCDX or DBFNTX ) is determined at server side from the letodb.ini -
see readme.txt for details.
[*] Most of the server code has been converted to a C level
