Currently several manual steps are required to export a model and test it under 
PMTK3:

http://code.google.com/p/aic-praise/wiki/ExportingModels

Ideally, if the grounding of the model could be done via the PRAiSEDemoApp and 
calling PMTK3 externally for each desired inference algorithm from the demo app 
would help simplify comparison testing.
